classical argument outline

1. The introduction, which warms up the audience, establishes goodwill and rapport with the readers, and announces the general theme or thesis of the argument.
I will start by describing the situation everyone is already familiar with: Korean city has so large number of population. Also I will explain medical science's advancement and its purpose. Then, I will shift attention to how Korean cities are vulnerable to disease. I will end with my thesis, "The Medical Detective Should be controlled by Korean Cities not by individuals or government."
2. The narration, which summarizes relevant background material, provides any information the audience needs to know about the environment and circumstances that produce the argument, and set up the stakes-what’s at risk in this question. In academic writing, this often takes the form of a literature review.
I will show the examples of overseas example about the Medical Detective by person. Also this time, I will analogy the limitation of individuals and I will argue that these limitation can be solved by city's work. I will give a brief possibility about this .

3. The confirmation, which lays out in a logical order (usually strongest to weakest or most obvious to most subtle) the claims that support the thesis, providing evidence for each claim.
I will start by examining many example's limitation that can be solved by city's work. Then, I will continue show the examples of Korea's Medical Detectives and its limitation. I will reveal that the cities can provide solution to solve the Korean limitation by explaining Korean city's ability.
4. The refutation and concession, which looks at opposing viewpoints to the writer’s claims, anticipating objections from the audience, and allowing as much of the opposing viewpoints as possible without weakening the thesis.
I will concede that Medical Detective is a field of a medical science. However, I will argue that if city help this area by providing supports, this work can be better than before.
5. The summation, which provides a strong conclusion, amplifying the force of the argument,  and showing the readers that this solution is the best at meeting the circumstances.
I will close with a summary of my previous points, then a brief consideration of the unquantifiable abilities of the human brain, like emotions and creativity that demonstrate a nuanced level of intelligence that computers have not even started to approach. I will end with a reaffirmation of my original thesis.

Research Proposal

Research Proposal

What is my current topic?
City's role of Epidemiologist's work is important.

What are my guiding questions?
Why the city's role is important. How does city have more effective ways to do medical detectives. The reader who read my writing may have thoughts that City especially Korea, Should have Medical Detective Systems.

What are my current thoughts?
Medical Detectives have been projected since the medieval ages and this is can be effective by city's help. So I really hope that people have thought of city's important role in Medical Detectives.

What is the opposition?
The opposition can say that Cities can't do any better. However, I'm sure that Cities have more rights and abilities than individuals so they can do better job.

Medical Detectives by karin B.Michels

My Topic:
City's controlling disease is important in Medical Detective Systems
What I hope to learn from this source
I want to find these facts to support my topic. Also, new information could be examples to explaining my topic and by using this example, I want to tell the importance of city's role in Medical Detective.
Notes:
  1. The use of medical detective.                                                                                                                  Conan Doyle drew inspiration for his character Sherlock Holmes when he was a medical student at Edinburgh.
  2. He based Holmes on the Professor of Medicine Joseph Bell, who was known for his meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Today’s medical sleuths, just like Holmes, must use powers of observation and deduction not only to make the right diagnosis but also to find new treatments.
  4. In London, there was serious problems of disease called a cholera outbreak. First Epidemiologist
  5. ee

Final Thoughts:
Many of these facts are useful information about Medical Detective. However, in order to tell what I really want to tell, I need information about Epidemiologist. So, next I will find Epidemiologist's work, emergence and how city can help them in  Medical Detectives by karin B.Michels.

Articulation

1) My argument
Korean City should control disease to manage the Medical Detective Systems .Now days, most of city have really big size of populations. However, most of them are fragile to disease. This can lead new advanced bacteria or germs, and new bacteria or germs can confuse human being.
Most of countries such as United Kingdom or France have controlled this problem. Controlling this is called Medical Detective Systems. After this system was controlled by government or nations, This System had the most effective power to manage the disease. So I want to reveal that City's role of Medical Detective is important for human being and to argue that Korean cities should control this system.
My first research question was this; What is the Medical Detective?

2) How I found my argument
My first research question was this; What is the Medical Detective? This question is base of my argument and it also can be clue to start my argument. As I continued researching, there are many usages of the Medical Detective. For example, it is used as a way of detecting criminal by searching medical clue. However I want to use this wold as detecting epidemic in cities. Therefore I need to define the wold, Medical Detective. We are now trying to approach god's area, a medical science. The ultimate purpose of this is making people health. However, we are now very vulnerable to epidemic so I wonder how it can be prevented. I found city's role as the Medical Detective. Now, I want to reveal Korean city's important role of controlling disease.

3) New research questions
I have several questions that need to be resolved.
a) What are the examples of Medical Detective other than Korea.
b) What is the limit of ability of the city's government
I'll continue browsing the internet and read books to find examples.

4) Connections to the Harvard Sampler
This argument has many connections to the Harvard Sampler. It obviously is directly related to the medical detective. In my persuade writing, there will be many examples that are included in Harvard Sam in my writing Second, controlling disease is related to evolution because animals also have controlled disease themselves.
